IntelliNet Technologies Appoints Stephen Dye as Sr. Director of Product Development; Industry Veteran to Lead Product Roadmap Strategy as Company Further Expands into IMS Marketplace
MELBOURNE, FL - (June 27, 2006) – IntelliNet Technologies, a leading provider of convergence technology for wireless, wireline and IP networks today announced the appointment of Stephen Dye as the director of product development. Stephen Dye, an industry veteran with over twenty four years of experience in the wireless communication sector and who has held several senior executive positions with companies including Syniverse Technologies, Inc. and Esemde, Inc. will be responsible for IntelliNet’s product development strategy as the company continues its rapid push into the evolving IP-Multimedia-Subsystem (IMS) market.

Prior to joining IntelliNet Technologies, Dye was the director of business development and strategy for Syniverse Technologies, a global communications company that develops mission-critical technology services designed to manage and interconnect voice and data systems. He was also chief executive officer for Esemde, Inc; where he was responsible for launching North American’s first GSM based Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). In that position, he coordinated the delivery of specialized SMS wireless data services and facilitated strategic partnerships with industry leaders including: Sony-Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia, OpenWave and AT&T among others. What’s more, Dye is an accomplished author having published three books on GPS and wireless navigation, a book on wireless instant messaging and a book on M2M.
